Mack Truck

Children notice faces everywhere. They point and say, “Look, there’s a face in that rock or on that car!” 

British soldiers in World War I did the same. When they saw the American Mack Trucks that supplied them with food and tools, they noticed its blunt, pug-like hood. Not only that, but the truck was also especially strong and durable, and they gave it the name, “Bulldog Mack.”
